Paulette Langwith - President

Paulette is co-owner of Langwith Financial Group and is a financial services professional.  Her company carries a strong belief in developing a relationship with each client or business owner to truly identify both purpose and passion.  This understanding translates into a customized financial strategy that will support the goals of each client which can include retirement planning, investments, IRA's, health benefits, disability, 529's and life insurance.      

 

Paulette is a graduate (B.A. 1992) of Lee University, Cleveland, Tennessee and has an MBA (emphasis in finance - 2002) from Keller Graduate School, Phoenix, Arizona.  She has 20 years of experience in management, legal and financial services.  She resides in Phoenix with her husband of 9 years and daughter, Ella May (6). 

 

 Juli J Doyle - President Elect   

"Juli J" is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS), one of less than 2000 in the entire countryJuli J. is also only one of two Mortgage Consultants in Arizona with a Certification in Mortgage Ethic (CME).  She also scored 100% on the Ethics exam for the Federal exam of Licensed Mortgage Originators.   

 

Juli J. obtained her MBA in 2008, and was recently married on New Year's Eve 2009 under a blue moon in Scottsdale, AZ where she has been a resident for most of her 15 years here in Arizona.  Juli J. entered the mortgage industry in 1998, since then she has taken and passed her Series 7 & 63, as well as the Arizona Health, Life and Disability exam.   

Juli J feels the mortgage process is not about just one purchase or refinance but aligning your greatest investment to your future goals, thus helping you realize your family's dreams.  This is accomplished together by orchestrating the correct product and meticulously planning for your family's current and future financial stability.  She successfully assists hundreds of people each year in this process, through her knowledge, experience and expertise.

 

Tammy Robbins - Co-Vice President

Tammy is Regional Managing Director and leads the western United States Advisor Recruitment team for Lincoln Financial Network.  She has served in the financial services industry for twelve years.  Her role is to lead field management in helping to grow and raise awareness of Lincoln Financial Network in their respective marketplaces.  

Prior to joining Lincoln in 2007, Tammy spent almost ten years of her career as Vice President of a small Broker-Dealer on their executive committee leading their recruiting and marketing efforts. 

Tammy has spoken to several organizations and at industry conferences in the past regarding topics from industry trends, competitive analysis, the eseentials of branding and how to successfully grow your practice.  In addition, Tammy has been involved with the Financial Planning Association for twelve years and served on their board of directors in 2002.  Tammy and her husband, Matt have been married for eight years and are the proud parents of two children, Abigail and Lauren.  

 

 

Laurie Simons - Co-Vice President

Laurie stays busy watching her son's baseball games and in her free time you will likely find her throwing a ball arund with her son, hiking all the mountains in Arizona or enjoying trips to Vegas, the beach, or to Oregon to visit family. 

Laurie is the Director of Business Development for Pacific Southwest Financial, located in Scottsdale, AZ.  Laurie works on behalf of the entire PSF organization in an effort to match the goals and objectives of Independent Producers with the customized services offered to Securities Licensed Representatives through our Broker/Dealer, Capital Analysts Incorporated.  Laurie received her Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Washington University up in Spokane, Washington.   Laurie has held various positions in the financial services arena.  In 1992 she moved to Dallas, TX and began her career with Fidelity Investments working on the securities side of the business.  By 2001, Laurie's career had progressed to the planning side of business when working for Robert W. Baird & Co. Inc., up in Milwaukee, WI.  At Baird, is where she began to specialize in life insurance and then when "life choices" brought her back to the sunshine of Arizona she spent several years with The Hartford, before joining Pacific Southwest / Capitas Financial as a General Agent. Along the way, Laurie has obtained her Series 6, 7, 8 and 24 licenses and is a Certified Trust Financial Advisor (CTFA).

 Pamela Smith - Treasurer

Pamela is president and CEO of two unique and allied companies:  NUMBERSetc and etc.  Established in 2006, NUMBERSetc provides full service accounting and tax services to small and medium sized businesses in Arizona and Southern California.  Established in 2000, etc. provides highly specialized accounting, tax and grant writing services for a host of non-profit clients in Arizona.

Pamela holds an MBA from the prestigious W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Management from Chaminade University. In addition, she is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA®). The Certified Internal Auditor® designation is the only globally accepted certification for internal auditors and remains the standard by which individuals demonstrate their competency and professionalism in that field.

Pamela is the current Treasurer for WIFS Valley of the Sun and is a past treasurer for the Women's Enterprise Foundation and has served on numerous non-profit corporate boards.  She is also a graduate of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Athena Powerlink program; a nationwide mentoring program for women-owned businesses, funded by the Athena Foundation. 

 

  Hillary P. Gagnon - Secretary 
 
 
Hillary is a partner at the law firm of Jennings, Haug & Cunningham, LLP.  Her law practice incudes estate planning and probate law. Particularly, Ms. Gagnon assists clients develop and prepare a personalized estate plan appropriate for their individual and family needs. An estate plan may include, among other things a will, revocable living trust, special needs trust for a disabled family member, irrevocable trust, life insurance trust, estate tax planning, power of attorney, health care power of attorney, and living will. Ms. Gagnon also assists families and individuals with guardianships, conservatorships and post death administration of estates.
 
 
In addition, she maintains a general civil practice, including general civil litigation, commercial law and contract law. 
 
 
Ms. Gagnon is a graduate of Wheaton College in Massachusetts (B.S. 1994) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 1997).
